Studio Membership

Wellhouse Farm Pottery studio will now be open seven days a week and year round for members. Weekly classes will take place as well as supervised work sessions for students who need a little more help. We hope you enjoy this almost unlimited access to our facility!

Hours for members are:
Monday-Friday 9am-9pm and Sat-Sun 10am-5pm

Membership Fees:

1 Month - $100

3 Months - $275

6 Months - $550

12 Months - $1000

Weekly - $30/week

Classes:

Tuesday Nights with Stuart Allen 6:00-8:30
Wednesday Nights with David Pellerin 6:00-8:30
Thursday Mornings with David Pellerin 9:30-12:00

Supervised Work Times:

Monday Nights with Suzie Keagi 6:00-8:30
Thursday Nights with Jim Sims - Catherine Stearns 6:00-8:30
Saturdays with Anne Boisvert 11:00-2:00

All classes and supervised work times are on a first come first served basis.

Clay Prices:

G Stoneware 25lbs - $25.00
DP Porcelain 25lbs - $30.00
Recycled 35lbs - $25.00
(recycled clay may not always be available)
(prices include glazes and firing)

All membership fees run from the date purchased to the same date of the month of expiration. Members are welcome to come to any class or work time they want as well as during regular studio times, however there is no instruction outside of class. Weekly memberships can be purchased at the end of a session for finishing up any work if member is leaving. 1-year memberships can be placed on hold 1 time for up to three months. 6-month members will receive a ½ rack in the back room to store their work and clay. 12-month members will receive a whole rack to store their work and clay. All clay purchased must be paid for when it is taken.

Members Responsibilities:

Make sure all lights are off when you leave.
Clean any and all areas that you have used, including moping the floor around your wheel.
Cover all of your work and put it away.
Make sure any clay that has been purchased has been paid for and documented.
All equipment is respected.
All work is kept in your space.
Absolutely no Glazing outside of organized class until you have passed our written test.

Wellhouse Farm Pottery's Responsibilities:

Firing all work in a timely manor.
Supplying clay and glaze materials.
Offering help and critiques when needed.
Maintaining a professional and clean environment.
Helping members to grow with their craft.
Keeping members informed about upcoming pit, raku, and cone 10 firings.
Running all classes as posted.

Respect should be given at all times to other students, the facility, equipment, and the property.
